Aid Organization was established in 1998 as a nonprofit, nongovernmental, apolitical, voluntary development organization (NGO). Aid Organization provides technical and financial support to beneficiaries so that they can move towards financial independence and success, including, in some cases, to self-employment. The main objectives of Aid Organization are to improve the skills and the capacity of target recipients. To ensure the organization’s objective, with help of Bangladesh Women Affairs Bureau and Bangladesh Labor and Employments Ministry, we have initiated Income Generating Activity (IGA) programs for youths aged 15-35 years of youth and 7-18 years of children who were engaged in child labor. IGA training was provided on trades like Computer Operation, Tailoring and Dress making, Mobile Phone Servicing, Block batik and Screen printing, and Beautification. After receiving training on these skill development trades, the beneficiary youth group are now self-employed and children who were engaged in child labor are now out of it and earning on their own and also sustaining themselves. 

As the Aid Organization has government authorization from NSDA (National Skill Development Authority), After completing the training, each participating learners is officially awarded a certificate through NSDA (National Skill Development Authority).it has initiated some programs with funding support of several ministries. But compared to demand and amount of beneficiaries, the provided support is really insufficient. And as these projects has definite time frame, some of them are also ended. In these circumstances, it is really necessary to extend the project beneficiary facility and area. If we can get logistic and financial support from donors like you, we can meet the urgent demand of them to provide skill development training and make them financially independent and bring the youth and children into mainstream livelihood
