International Culinary Institute (ICI) is a world-leading Cookery Institute that is steeped in the history of the Bangladeshi culinary industry since 2015.
Our story begins when Master Chef Daniel C. Gomes realized the need for a private intervention in the culinary setting in Bangladesh apart from the existing Government measures. His vision soon resulted in an opening of a Cookery School that attracted much publicity in no time from national and international media houses. International culinary techniques have always remained at the heart of ICI, but the academic programs are constantly adapted to include new, innovative technologies and the future need for hospitality services.
ICI’s Chefs and Culinary experts continue to respond to the overwhelming consumer and industry demands, by introducing new courses such as Diploma in Global Culinary Arts, Professional Training on Barista & Mocktail and Bakery & Patisserie, Home Chef’s Catering Course apart from the Professional Chef Courses available in Bangladesh today. Our programs combine the study of culinary arts, business, and management in a global context with a focus on innovation, sustainability, customer experience, and entrepreneurship, preparing students for the complex and evolving global culinary industry
