  • Expertise: Minimum 1 year of experience in Property Preservation or Maintenance (Mandatory).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (Native/Near-native level)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, proactive decision-making, and project management skills.
