• Design & Planning Responsibilities (Out-Field / Office Duties)
• Concept Development

1. Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and 3D visualizations according to client requirements.
2. Prepare mood boards, color schemes, and furniture layouts that match brand or client preferences.
3. Create detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renders using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.

• Client Coordination

1. Meet clients to understand their needs, budget, and design preferences.
2. Present design proposals, material samples, and cost estimates for client approval.
3. Incorporate feedback and modify designs to ensure client satisfaction.

• Material & Vendor Management

1. Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings based on design and budget.
2. Communicate with vendors and suppliers for quotation, sample approval, and material procurement.
3. Ensure materials meet design quality and safety standards.

• Documentation & Reporting

1. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project timelines.
2. Maintain accurate records of design changes, approvals, and project progress.
3. Support management with weekly or monthly project status reports.
