• Quality Management System

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Manager for Garments Accessories Industry. He will primarily be responsible to ensure that the produced Accessories meet the all-quality requirement of the buyers & stakeholders. He should be able to find out all types of faults in the accessories making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that rejections of the accessories are minimized & update Quality Standard.·        

1. Setting up the mindset of the people towards manufacturing process standardization through the learnings of quality improvements·        
2. Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality assurance system and policies into compliance with quality system requirements
3. Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved;
4. Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements;
5. Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production;
6. Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training;
7. Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory;
8. Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling;
9. Production planning & machine maintenance and also proper utilized MMR;·        
10. Adopting Lean manufacturing conceptual thinking in continuous root cause analyzing and fixing up issues with the contribution of the team.
11. Following up the orders, productions and shipments to ensure products can be produced and delivered on time to meet critical deadlines;
12. Good knowledge on QMS and technical audit based on Garment Accessories industry
13. Review production plan with capacity and strength and ensure timely shipment target;
14. Ensure production target of the line as per production plan; Ensure line balancing as per layout;
15. Ensure combined production report of fabric, cutting, print, embroidery, sewing, finishing and shipment;
16. Ensure effective communication with supply chain team lead for increasing productivity and quality;
